The 3 Month Plan
So you might be wondering, why 3 months minimum Frankie? Well in short, I want to do such a good job for you! Also, Rome wasn't built in a day, we can't expect to have a smooth running business if we don't give it the time it deserves to reach that point. But let me go into a little more detail into what I'll be doing in those 3 months...
Month 1
This is where I take a deep dive into your business. Looking at your pre-created processes and tweaking, organising and cleaning up and brainstorm processes to ease workflow. You may still be a bit more hands on with your emails at this point while I’m in organisation mode and learning your groove.
Month 2
Implementation time! Now I am utilising your new processes & systems and should only be contacting you about questions from your clients that I may not know the answer to. Otherwise, focus on your coaching, clients and your life!
Month 3
At this point, we will know eachother and will have found our groove. I’ll be working behind the scenes and we’ll keep in touch with monthly meetings to review any adjustments in your business that I need to update for you!
